Just as with faster decay, there are numbers less than 1 below which things will never work right such as 0.001 (or somewhere around there, the mod cannot handle extremely small close to 0 numbers and at that point your sims would need to go to the bathroom every 500-1,000 days which seems a bit extreme in the other direction). One other thing. If you want your Sims to earn skills slowly, DO NOT let any Sims study physiology. Any Sims that have learned that will maximize body skill in about 5 minutes once they start a body skill building activity.

I didn't actually use his settings, I just played with the settings until I found ones that worked well for me. The Sims learn the skills quite fast but not instantly. The thing is you must give your Sims the Savant Aspiration Reward in order for this mod to work.
